Prisoner Dies Mysteriously in His Day of Release at Dinhata Today

Webdesk, TNI Dinhata 9th May, 2017: A prisoner in the jail at Dinhata today died in mysterious circumstances creating a tensed situation. Today at around 11 am he was brought at the Dinhata Subdivisional Hospital where the doctors declared brought dead. The dead is known to be as Noor Haq (50) from Narayanganj of Dinhata. However, according to police records the man was earlier charged with political crimes and also domestic crimes. After the news spread the relatives attacked the police leading to the injury of 3 policemen. The Subdivisional Police officer Mr. Kuntal Banerjee told TNI that the body is sent for post mortem. After the reports come in further course of action will be taken. According to hospital sources, the body had marks of external injury and the man was frothing during the time of his arrival at the hospital. Interestingly, Noor was slated to be released from jail today.
